Fair use rationale for Image:Vena Sera Cover Art.jpg
[edit]Image:Vena Sera Cover Art.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.
Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.
If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images uploaded after 4 May, 2006, and lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.

Lots of info, few words used
[edit]This article is way to tables based, it needs prose to improve it, like a decent lead for a start... pardon the pun. I don't listen to the band, and know almost nothing about them, so I can't do it myself. ☯Ferdia O'Brien (T)/(C) 00:17, 4 February 2008 (UTC)
Billboard charts
[edit]The old Billboard website has been updated, and the old one has since been removed. The new website no longer publishes Bubbling Under and Mainstream Rock charts. Other websites do exist such as billboardmagazine.com and billbaord.com, but if the new website does not post either of these charts anymore surely they have been depreciated. Two new charts: Heatseakers Songs and Rock Songs have taken place of Bubbling Under and Mainstream rock respectively. Sure, sources could be provided for the old charts, but wouldn't they only be providing historical significance? Fezmar9 (talk) 21:21, 12 September 2009 (UTC)
- the Rock Songs chart does not replace Mainstream Rock charts and the Heatseeker songs chart does not replace the Bubbling Under Hot 100 chart because they're not the same charts. billbaord.com is the site that provide the old charts, even though they can be viewed at billboard.biz.76.110.128.158 (talk) 22:32, 17 September 2009 (UTC)
- Billbaord.com does not seem to be functioning anymore, and Billboard.biz requires a membership so it cannot be used as a Wikipedia source. If the most recent and updated website that publishes Billboard charts no longer posts Bubbling Under or Mainstream Rock, what does that tell you about their significance and value?
